Vendors and concessionaires get badges only with the right permit (the ID directive names a "Commercial Aeronautical Service Provider" permit) and a sponsor letter, and contractors need an Airport Work Permit. Any vehicle registered for the AOA needs $5M auto liability with MWAA as additional insured.
