When can I use it?

Early access opens in 2027. Join the early access list and we'll contact you first, starting with the airports and business types on the list.

Who is it for?

FBOs, Part 135 operators, aircraft management companies, Part 91 flight departments, MROs, avionics shops and airports that ask vendors for compliance records, and the vendors who answer those requests.

What will it cost?

FBOs, operators, MROs and airports pay a monthly fee per location. Vendors can keep a profile and answer customer requests for free, with an optional Pro plan for vendors who want to use their record to win new work. Exact pricing will be published before general launch, and joining early access costs nothing.

Do vendors have to pay?

No. A vendor never pays to answer a request from a customer on ClearedVendor. Pro is optional and adds tools for winning new business, such as share links for prospects and a public compliance page.

Does a vendor need an account to send documents?

No. A requester can invite a vendor to upload through a secure link. Vendors who create a free profile can reuse it with every customer.

Does ClearedVendor confirm that a vendor is properly insured?

No. It compares what's on file with each requester's rules and flags gaps, expirations and missing endorsements. Coverage decisions stay with the requester and their insurance broker.

How are background checks and drug tests handled?

Only the status is recorded: passed, the date, and the employer's confirmation. The reports themselves are never uploaded or shared.

Who can see a vendor's records?

Only the customers the vendor grants access to, and only the records the vendor chooses. Access can be revoked at any time.

Is the requirements library accurate?

Each airport page is summarized from that airport's published documents, which are linked and dated. Requirements change and many airports set limits in each permit, so always confirm with the airport before relying on a page.

Which vendors does it cover?

Any outside company that works on an airport: fuel suppliers and into-plane agents, caterers, car services and crew transportation, mobile and AOG maintenance, avionics, paint and interior shops, cleaning and detailing, de-icing, lav and water service, facility contractors, security and janitorial.

Is it for airlines?

ClearedVendor is built for business aviation first. Vendors can share their records with any customer, airlines included, and many caterers, fuelers and ground handlers serve both. Airline-specific features are not part of the first release.

Is it only for the United States?

At launch, yes. Canada and the Caribbean come next.
