PDK is run by DeKalb County, which says it keeps operating standards for all aviation businesses, but the only standards listed are from 1994 and the posted link does not open them. The county has been rewriting its Minimum Standards and Rules and Regulations since at least February 2023, with no adopted version found. Before a first job, call Airport administration at 770-936-5440 and ask the FBO you are working for what it requires.
