What vendors need to work at 2 Colorado airports, summarized from each airport's published documents.

KASE Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (Sardy Field)Aspen, CO. ASE
Mostly set by agreement
Atlantic Aviation is the only FBO at Aspen, and general aviation badge requests start with Atlantic (970-920-2016) before the County Badging Office will see you. Pitkin County rewrote its airport minimum standards (Title 10 of the County Code) on 2026-03-25, but the new text was not found online, so get vendor permit and insurance terms directly from Airport Administration. The airport is closed from 2027-04-04 to 2027-11-19 for runway reconstruction.

KAPA Centennial AirportEnglewood, CO. APA
Mostly set by agreement
The documents we could read at Centennial cover gate access cards and vehicle rules only. A Licensed Commercial Operator needs at least $500K in bodily injury and property damage liability to get gate cards, and every vehicle on the apron must be registered with a rear-window decal. Cards cost $25 each and renew every year by October 15.
